Looks like some rough seas ahead for the ACC. First UNC then this. Not to mention the inherited investigation in Syracuse.........

It's unbelievable what goes on down there. If anyone has more info please post.

What's detailed in this article goes on everywhere. I hate to break it to you but every school has some guy that calls the kids, picks them up, etc. The problem here is that they are already being looked at for the Shapiro stuff and this guy Robinson trying to now make it look like Golden actually was in on this stuff. On its own this wouldn't be much, but on top of everything else that may have gone on.....

And everybody sends text messages to recruits when they shouldn't. It's okay unless you're the guy who lets Yahoo get a hold of your phone records.

Emails. If Golden is involved, there will be a trail of emails (or text messages or other communication) between Golden and Allen. I would give Golden just a smidgen of benefit of doubt, on the possibility that Allen might have been continuing his role from the previous administration (buttering up recruits) possibly without Golden's direct involvement, and then became disgruntled with the new coach and decided to talk to Yahoo (hey how bout that Marissa Mayer?). Having said that the head coach is responsible for everything that happens under his leadership.

In a bout of reality with 2012, hasn't the NCAA recently acknowledged preventing all text messages from schools may be challenging?
