This is big. It's going to hit the fan big time. Talk about a bad view of BC! Wouldn't be surprised if GDF resigns within a week.

They can't fire him. It will make them look guilty and the last thing they want is him on the outside.

Unfortunately, ESPN dictates the story lines in sports these days. They have gone from reporting sports and stories to creating sports and stories (for their content). Unfortunately, you will not hear a peep about this on any ESPN station and the story will go away quickly.
 
Interesting note about Neinas guiding the B12 in expansion (targeting the BE) and still playing a role in brokering a CUSA/MWC merger.
 
The party who is going to wind up in the most trouble I think is ESPN, when this all settles. We've always thought that they favored teams in their news coverage who were part of the programming package. But for them to break up leagues is going to get them in a boatload of trouble. There are public universities involved, and taxpayer money, and soon, politicians. A bad bad mix.
