I’ve always searched high and low for the white Marcus Williams shorts, Nike never made a version from what I can tell.

They didn't make a retail version. I was lucky enough to have a pair of team issued ones for a while but sold them since they were massive. The shorts from that era were stupidly baggy.

I actually like our 2014-16 unis a lot. They went back to the horizontal stripes on the sides which they abandoned for awhile. Plus they didn't look like the tank tops which they have now. Could have reduced the size of the UCONN font a little though.

The best version of our uniform is some version of the Block Uniform. Period. Stop.

The Marcus Williams "throwback" will only bring back memories of George Mason.....

The font for the numbers/letters changed a little bit over time. I personally like the older font. What I miss most is the red around the “U”

Of course a to do a true throwback game with these we would have to require all the players to wear size 4XL

Since all of us Boneyard fashionistas have such passionate opinions, I’ll add mine. I’m a big fan of UConn over Connecticut. UConn is our iconic, internationally recognized brand. Susan was brilliant to make the transition. As for style, it’s all about the length of the shorts. Kemba’s were too long, Adams’ too short. Ray Allen’s were just right.

I like UConn as our 'brand' but I love those Ray Allen era "CONNECTICUT" jerseys. I don't need us wearing Connecticut all spelled out all the time, but we have some rich recent history and those jerseys look fantastic, I just want that as an alternate jersey. Get rid of the awful grey ones we wear a few games per season and give us some fresh throwbacks, of course with less baggy shorts now that the kids all wear almost short-shorts
