How did I know that Nappier was going to try to be the hero there once he touched it? The kid is a liability. It's unfortunate we dont have alternatives at the guard sport because it would be addition by subtraction.

+1Lamb didn't realize that time started when he got the ball. He didn't need to flip it up like that. He had plenty of time.
Lamb was covered - he couldn't get an open look and stopped his dribble. Shabazz needs to get it back to him - not flip up one of his errant 3's in that spot when he was covered. It was off balanced and ugly, kind of his thing. And when he was hitting 3s last game?
I mean, you saw it, Lamb had an open 15 footer and didn't take it. He passed it out. What do you want Napier to do in that situation?

He had one game where he found a way to sink a couple wild three's/bad shots - that after he played poorly the entire game. I didn't see much other than dumb luck in that one. The kid has flat out stunk as a PG this year, I don't care about his few high scoring games. Much of the poor results of this year has a lot to do with the fact that he's played with zero control/leadership on this team. It's talented team/body without any head whatsoever.
I thought Lamb should have stopped and taken that shot. No way to defender blocks him right there.
