"denied" would imply that they first applied. I highly doubt that ND applied to the ACC. I'm thinking Swofford was just addressing the rumors of possibly adding ND

This is good news, even if they inquired and were told, "all or nothing." The BE made a mistake letting ND in without football. It won't happen again.

I'm sure the mistake won't happen again (at least with ND ), I'd like to see the BE football schools put the pressure on to fix it now. Let ND find a new partial home.
