I'm not sure if anyone remembers the thread we had in 2010 after Kentucky beat UConn at MSG. Their fans were horrendous and one approached me (I was wearing my Jasper shirt) and gave me for his death. At that point I became the biggest Kentucky hater of all time. Since that happened the basketball gods gave us 3 of the greatest wins in program history against Kentucky. Maui, Final 4, and National Championship. Walter White said it best, "Nothing stops this train". Lets keep this going, I'm still pumped.

I hear you but I no longer hate uk, for some reason they don't bother me anymore. Hell even dook isn't an issue. They both could recruit the best players in the nation for years and it doesn't bother me like it used to. We just do fine with whatever 'crumbs' we scrape up. When you are a fan of the Champions everything else (i.e. teams) seems petty, nuisance or trivial news.

Things just look different when you are on top, so does the perspective. Its a good place to be.

I hate what the Squid is doing to the college game- one and done U is not good for the sport. My dislike is mostly for Uk's coach- not the school.

Try living in Serah Williams Ohio like I do and tell me you don't hate UK. There are twice as many UK fans than UC fans in the area and every one of them is delusional. I even get siht at the golf course due to my UConn head covers. Logic is foreign to these mouth breathers so when they start, I usually just say "scoreboard" and start laughing.

I must say, most UC fans are cool and happy for our success but the real mushroom caps are Notre Dame fans. OMG, they are just insane with their jealousy.

I hear you UconnRick. I went to Centre College down in Danville, KY. Right off the bat I picked UL over UK in that rivalry. Now both teams can play in traffic, but UK fans are a special breed of delusional and crazy. And Matt Jones of KSR is the worst human in the world.
