As in Nobel Prize caliber.

Scientists at the University of Virginia have uncovered a previously unknown
lymphatic circulatory system leading to the human brain. This has profound
implications for the treatment of many degenerative neurological diseases, including Alzheimer's.

The reaction among people in the field is that this is a 'game changer.'

Amazing that an entire system was unknown in this day and age(speaking as an non-biologist).

Forget non-biologists - one of my daughters is a researcher at Yale Medical School and she was astonished!

This is really, really big news!!! Psychiatric and psychological researchers have always known about the connection between immune/inflammatory response and mental health, and this surely provides an avenue to explain it.

Oh, it's much better than mere explanation - it opens up a roadway on which to deliver various medicaments and substances to effect alterations/cures to the brain. Imagine dropping WD-40 on gooey beta amyloid crud clogging up neurons in Alzheimer's.
