Agreed it's in the W column.....

Didn't shoot it well......While I thought Bazz was very good on the defensive end he was as bad on the other, real bad decisions many times, stripped from behind and late in the game forcing his way in yet again when not warranted, tough night for him and still a W.......Boat was a little better but not a lot, on D jumped too many times for blocks and allowed easy slip by's for open mid range winners, made a couple nice passes and floaters himself though.......Omar, early on travels, bad passes looked rough but much better in the 2nd half and is improving steadily on the defensive end for sure........DD was okay but needed to finish that sweet bounce pass from Boat and hold on but also played some good D............Tyler was not real good although I guess ok? Never sluffs off his guy with his hands out as they snuck 2-3 passes by his hands/ear off of his help to his guy, guess it was little better than lately though, I think?........Giff not much time couple nice rebounds and decent on D........Nolan, again played hard go tmoved a couple times but also go tin the way and made 3 of 4 from the FT line which is good...........Evans played hard got in some passing lanes and squeezed home a couple lay ins as only he can do, tough not to root for him huh?........wolfie was very good for his minutes, rebounded and kept the ball alive also, slid for some nice help D and showed good hands all night, he's getting there!!

Not their best but a W on the night of KO's contract!!! Nice................

With all the questions coming into the season and given our tough OOC schedule, i think we all would have signed up for 10-2 at this point. We all know the #1 weakness of this team is rebounding and post play. Hopefully Wolf and Olander can make strides and hold their own in the Big East. For the remaining 18 games VS a very tough Big East schedule, id be happy with 9-9 to put us 19-11 for the season with the BET as a slight possibility??

Defense was good, but the fact that we bite on every up-fake is embarrassing, not to mention actually detrimental to the outcome of the game (and to your health, in the case of DD!).

Does anybody on this team have the defensive discipline of Emeka Okafor? How hard is it to stay on your feet?

Agreed, Boat was really bad and allowed them to get the shots they make which was mid range shots after the ball fake. Man just keep your guy in front of you then put your hand in his goddam face it's really simple then you can have a better chance to rebound too......I am glad DD is okay (at least what I read?) but in that situation, late in the game and a decent lead you never leave your feet and allow a potential 4 pt play, that's worst than ever!!

Okafor was great wasn't he never bit and waited for his guy to go up........great point....

I fully agree. This OOC schedule was not a steady diet of cupcakes. We had Eastern Maryland Shore and Stony Brook, but other than that, we've faced some pretty solid competition. Quinnipiac is no longer the automatic W they once were.

Geez I don't think you can put Stony Brook in the "cupcake" mold!?!?
