Long lay off...road game...a place where there's usually little fan support to help create energy...a dangerous mix. I hope the Wolfpack Women are ready. I do think we have enough talent to pull this one out, even if it's close.

I'm at Walt Disney World through New Years Day...but have set the DVR to record this game to watch when I get home. Unfortunately, I will have to know the outcome if I'm going to submit a ballot in the next BY Top 25 poll.

Thank you for helping me plug this!

NC State travels to the school otherwise known as a Total Waste of a Spot in a Power Conference.

I thought that was Rutgers (other than their women's hoops). Apologies to our Scarlet Knights fans.

Ha there are more than one, to be sure!

But with its history success in women's basketball, I wouldn't use that designation for Rutgers on this board. For many other sports, perhaps.

Boston College is hosting a top 10 team and there's maybe about 100 people in the stands.

NCSU shoots more threes than BC. I thought BC was pretty reliant on the three.

72-54 NCSU final

All 5 starters plus one bench player in double digit scoring.

Only 14 bench points though against a team like BC. Do they run 6 deep and fall off a cliff?

The announced attendance was 1,323 .... perhaps the camera angles didnt show them:rolleyes:

If there were even half that many there, then I need to go back to kindergarten math class...

I'm glad I'm not the only one that has issues like this. I was never any good at the "guess how many jelly beans are in the jar" game, but I feel like I can kinda guesstimate a crowd of human beings. UW @ San Diego earlier this year was announced as 400 and it looked closer to 100 to me.

Well its just tickets sold....still kinda surprised that they have 1,300+ tickets sold for the BC game.
