Non-UConn games 10/19-10/21

USF will be 7-0 tonight having beaten no one. Maybe they end up playing a 3 loss PAC12 team in the Rose Bowl -lol.
Maybe USF's decision to fly home to sit through Irma and the now better performing Huskies end up knocking them out of a possible major bowl and UConn gets to a bowl game. I like my option better!

Might not get that far. They're on a collision course with UCF for the division title.

And if UCF wins they haven't played enough games to even sniff a playoff spot. In a year when PAC and B12 are playing themselves out.

Josh Adams of ND has just been spotted on radar still headed west near the Illinois border.

Penn St looking strong against Mich 35-13. Next week at Ohio St for a likely playoff spot. I don't see East champ losing to Wisconsin.

ND up 49-14 on USC. Yikes. Irish may leap in top 10 this week.

ND destroying USCw. I’d love to see them get left out of the playoffs and take a long look at joining the ACC full time.

That's a great point. We need them to have a couple of years where they are on the cusp but get left out because of the lack of conference affiliation. Enough to force them to give up the Indy - NBC thing...

If the Irish win out, they're in, unless Bama/PSU/Clemson/TCU run the table.

No one that's not an ND fan wants them in the group of 4. And I mean no one.

ps other than tv scrum bags

Kansas had 21 total yds vs. TCU (they had 475). Lowest by an FBS school in 20 years.

ND is #4 in the Composite Rankings and they've got games against Miami & NC St. IF they run the table, I think they have a very high probability of going.

The PAC needs a miracle to get its team in.

B1G and SEC will get at least one team in each. The other two spots are wide open at this point. If UGA loses to Bama and only has one loss, the SEC could get two teams in. ND has a good shot, but that loss to UGA really hurts their chances of the above plays out. Clemson winning out is definitely in, but that is not a slam dunk.

They have Wake which isn't a bad game and Stanford as well. If they win out, I don't see how they don't get in with the schedule they will have played against.
