Games of interest right now: BC-FSU and Tulane-Memphis. FSU is hot garbage this year but BC looks good. #24Memphis playing in front of half as many fans as they did in East Hartford. I’m sure they’ll announce 40k though.

I’m enjoying this bandana commercial with the BC game played in the background.

It’s hard to believe FSU has sunk this far this fast. They are flat awful.

Cripes - looks like FSU has thrown in the towel and it’s not even the half yet.

Memphis up 35-0 w/ 11 minutes left in first half!

Tulane changed QBs for a drive down 14. It looked like Diaco had taken over.

Paul Pasqualoni handjob is fun to listen to.

Honestly BC could be pretty darn good for the next few years. Anthony Brown and AJ Dillon both freshmen and both really legit

BC looks really improved, but my God I don't think FSU could look any more apathetic

Well, this BC game can't be true because I was told all week that Jimbo Fisher is a top 5 coach in all of college football. And I mean, the Boneyard can't be wrong... can they?

Tulsa 28, SMU 21 ... with one minute left in the first half.

That makes our defense look pretty good. We almost shut out Tulsa, and we did ok against SMU until the final 10 minutes.

So, Pasqualoni getting an infomercial regarding his coaching on the DLine.
Funny thing is graphic only shows his time as Syracuse head coach. Graphics folks know what we already knew. He never coached at UConn.

I'm going to say something that will not be popular, but...

I think that Pasqualoni is probably a great choice to have as a defensive coach and a recruiter. Really, I do.

Just don't let him ANYWHERE near the keys to the car...

So, he's a back seat rider. Logistics and napping.

There’s a post in response to that picture on empty seats galore twitter feed “something something similar crowd to UConn”. Uhhh when have we ever had a crowd like that sans getting blown out in the final minutes?

Well when SMU came to the Rent the first time there was like 4k in the building.

What is the deal with the music at the BC game?

Is that the band? Why do they sound so strange?

The BC guy is a great hero - but they have butchered the broadcast with it.

I'm watching the Tulsa - SMU game, and Tulsa had a touchdown taken away by the strangest call I've ever seen in my life (about 15 minutes ago). The receiver from Tulsa on his way into the endzone started to "high-step" a little, and the referees called the touchdown back due to an unsportsmanlike conduct. It wasn't even that bad. I've never seen anything like that. Hopefully Tulsa doesn't lose due to that call. I can't find a video clip yet of the play, but what a ridiculous call...

EDIT: Found it. 13:09, there's a video for Tulsa. It's about as mild of an unsportsmanlike conduct call as you'll ever see, and it cost them 4 points...

I've seen it before where the refs take back a TD in college for showboating. I really want to say it happened to UConn once, but I can't recall the play.

Regardless SMU is starting to click in the second half.

I know all of us would rather be in the old Big East or P5 but AAC is a quality conference and plenty valid as a measuring stick to see how RE 2.0 is progressing the program.

If you look at the video, he BARELY "half-stepped". I mean, it was a "nothing" moment. To take a TD away for that is just...typical AAC refereeing, unfortunately. I'm hoping Tulsa comes back now.

As for the quality of the football in this conference, it's very good. We mostly complain because there's no money in it, but the football level of play is there...
