no post-UConn game letdown for Texas

They are destroying Texas Tech 73-29 after 3Q. It was 19-13 after 1Q, so they really put the hammer down after that.

They looked good. No Shug Sutton, but the guard play was really good with Atkins, McCarty, and Higgs all playing well.

I'm looking forward to Thursday's game with Baylor.

I watched parts of Baylor's win today over Kansas State, and they are really humming.

I expect Baylor to beat Texas because overall they have been playing at a higher level. I also think that Texas will not have an answer for Kalani Brown.

I wasn't trying to imply Texas Tech is a good team. I've seen several mentions on this board of teams playing like world beaters against UConn, then coming out completely flat in their next game. My point was simply that Texas didn't come out flat today.
