For what it's worth this is when I hold my phone so it's got a "portrait" orientation. If I change it to a "landscape" orientation then I see what you see.

No need to. All I have to do is click where the red arrow is pointing and it takes me right to chat. It's in quicker way to get there. It's all good Tom, don't spend any time on this.
