No cheer, and see what happens!!!

We have to figure out a way to do a cheer. Maybe just someone starting a threat entitled "U!!!"

...and then everyone else who joins in completing the word "U!!!-C!!!-O!!!-N!!!-N!!!" - a simplified version, but at least it is something! I think the team needs a cheer from us to make them play better together!

Seriously, the inability to do a cheer is one of the negatives of the new board. I miss the cheers.
