Our game made the Duke loss meaningless. Would like to relish in their 2 losses in a row but we have things at home to take care of and Miami is a lot better than Tulsa!
Miami has only four losses one being double overtime to Va and they beat 3 ranked teams and they are Unranked and not receiving votes? Guess losing closely to quality opponents gets you nothing. The surprising part was Duke was at home but Miami seems to be a dangerous Jeckyl and Hyde tournament team.
I'd say Miami but barely mostly because of the duke win their second best win is between @florida like us and home vs Illinois they only have 4 losses but one is to Green Bay roughly on par with Yale and obviously eastern kentucky being far and away a bad bad loss. Right now ESPN rpi is 57/bpi is 55/ kp is 51, Uconn is 72/49/41. Miami's biggest crutch is 5 wins against sub 260 rpi and loss to eku 1-2 vs top 50, uconn is 2-5 and worse loss is Yale 76. They are 12-4.
Beating a singular ranked team but they need more than just a win vs duke come March. Not saying our resume is better best wins Dayton and Florida but miami's other than that win isn't that impressive either.
