In the wake of a federal judge approving a settlement with the NCAA, the University of Connecticut intends to share at least $18 million in revenue annually with its student-athletes, […]
It will be interesting to see if future fundraising goals will be able to keep up with the maximum payment amount allowed, as it will increase each year based on an average of the power conferences media rights payouts. That's going to be hard for power conference schools that make less than that average, let alone schools that are not in the power conferences.
