Do you mean earn through business transactions? For example, a cut of clothing with their names on it, posting to instagram to advertise for a brand etc. Or are you curious who is receiving money from boosters? Obviously the second one is going to be very difficult to figure out.

On3 does estimates but I would imagine it's highly inaccurate.

Being a state run university also will have some bearing

Are total NIL payments to players public info, or is it treated like a person's salary, known by the organization only?

I assume there has to be some element of reporting to ensure no shenanigans or illegal stuff going on.
