Mater Dei won their bracket, beating a good Riverdale Baptist team in the finals, 96-74. My guess is that the Samuelsons had lots of points.

Courtney Ekmark's Phoenix St. Mary's won a close game to nab third.

Sierra Calhoun's CTK team finished 1-2.

Saniya Chong's Ossining squad went 0-3. As Blake noted, hopefully it will prepare them for the NY postseason.

Ossining has a population of about 25,000. Ossining High is a public school. Does anyone know if they recruit like many of the top private schools? If not, they are doing exceptionally well.

Mater Dei had a kid in 2011--when they won the "national championship"--who took over the game in the California finals and outscored the entire Berkeley team in the second half. What ever happened to her?

Oh, that's right. She took the great Maya Moore's jersey.

Maybe we can get another Mater Dei kid. Our first one is pretty damn good!
