I've loved Nika since the beginning. Nika had nice offers from USF, Ohio State, Oregon, and Louisville, but a relatively late offer from UConn was too hard to resist. She knew that Paige was very highly touted and had just committed, but she didn't shy away. Nika said she welcomed the competition and could play with Paige. That toughness and competitiveness has been on display for 2 years.
