This has been discussed before. There is no context to the data.

Those numbers are sort of self fulfilling prophecy. SEC gets the best time slots and over the air channels, so naturally they get the best ratings. BE football gets the worst time slots and in most cases in regional channels, so naturally numbers won't be as good. If all the conferences play all their games at the same time each week, then the ratings would be more realistic. Also, B1G and SEC games get 24x7 promotion by ESPN while BE is pretty much ignored. All those things make a difference in ratings.

Then explain the BB numbers? The conference with the most members is still near the bottom.
