I'm very confused by all of this. First, I thought the game was going to be in San Diego again. Second, I thought UConn was playing Arizona. Interesting to see what the final product ends up being...

No carriers were gonna be in San Diego At that Time that's why they had to change the site. Thought it was Arizona as well.

I believe that you need to not only be in active duty but also serving on the ship being used for the game (unless of course you are a senior officer there for a photo op).
