Next AP Ranking

Ok so this is obviously a UCONN post, but honestly it can be about any team (and truthfully, I don't so much care where we are ranked at this point)...

Where does a #2 fall to after an away loss against a top 25 team? Baylor (12) lost to ISU (sweet). Do we fall into that spot? Obviously the pollsters can be imbeciles and it's all very subjective. Just curious.

UConn still #2 in Kenpom & NET so no reason why shouldn't still be top 4 in AP...but with pollsters who knows.

Houston, Kansas, TX, Zona all with 1 loss probably will pass us on some ballots....so guess is 5.

I don't think we'll drop too much. There was a decent gap between us and #3 last week, and 14-1 is still better than most top 10 teams. We lost to a ranked team who will be ranked a lot higher than #22 on Monday

I'd guess anywhere from 4-7 to account for some rogue voters. I wonder where Xavier lands. 12-3 with the 3 losses being Indiana, Duke, Gonzaga and 2 of the 12 wins being WVU and UConn. Top 15?

My guess is #6 or 7 and Xavier jumps to only like #15.
