Hey, I resemble that remark...LOL.
AT least I don't have metal in my face ..
 
We will absolutely have a change to the uniforms. The player's names will be removed before the press conference even occurs.
 
Block C inside of the Husky Paw on the helmets. A blend of old with something new. And hope they never do anything like those fugly multicolor pattern uniforms and helmets that Maryland has

Not a bad idea, won't happen though.
 
Since when did gray and silver become UCONN school colors? I never want to see a UCONN team dressed in either of those colors. What are we, Georgetown???

Heck, we might as well ride the black train and start wearing black uniforms like every other team in the country is fond of doing these days, even when it's not remotely one of their schools' colors. Apparently we all woke up one morning and decided black is the wicked cool color of the era.

We do need to make a change to the helmets though. I hate the partial Husky on the front. Go full Husky ligo on each side.

1. I'd really like to see more streamlined uniforms come back, with LESS red. Red was a creation from after we joined the AAC. The only part of the jersey that should be red is the number outline and uconn outline on the pants.
2. Keeping blue pants with a simple white stripe for both the home and away. Wear white pants with a blue stripe when necessary or on whiteout days.
3. Bring back blue helmets with white facemasks. Again, streamlined and simple. It makes the red number outline separate us from PSU.

I plan on sending this to Muncy. Let's go back to the blue chip, classic jerseys, add a little 2017 swag and forget the last 6 years.

Heard it was a term in his contract that hasn't been disclosed yet, and the reason that they only had ompay him $1M. Kidding.

I like the red masks and red trim.

I say keep the unis as is. Not a huge fan of the grey alternates though.
 
Call me a traditionalist, call me old fashioned, but The Block C Uniforms look 1000 X better than the current version. It looked strong, and was immediately identifiable as well. Branding be damned. Put the new Husky logo at the neckline, and/or on the pants. Leave the goofy * for The Arena League.
 
If recruits and our players want to wear capes on game days, I don't care.

I like the unis but agree re blue helmet with with face mask.

Bring back the Edsall era unis as alternative/bowl unis.

What if we used the block C as stickers on the back?

Randy is incredibly fortunate that anybody deigned to hire him again. He'll be lucky if he can choose the menu for pregame team meals.

Gray was brought in by Randy. UConn has been using red for a lonnnnnng time. I also feel like Edsall Era1 unis were a lighter or more truer blue than national flag blue??
 
I hate the tiny Husky logo on the neck of the uniform. It looks like someone added it as an afterthought when designing the uniforms. If you want the Husky, put it on the shoulders and make it larger so it has significance. I'm also a traditionalist when it comes to uniforms. I hate when it gets changed all the time.
