New ticket consultants out of the gate

So I just got a call from the ticket office. Funny I just set their firewall policies yesterday so they can access the ticketing system and already today they're calling me. Actually didn't try to sell me anything but wanted to ask a bunch of questions about my connection to the University. Also says she will come to my seats at the game tomorrow to meet me and be my personal ticket rep throughout the football and hockey seasons. Usually I don't give them much time, but there was no hard up-sell and given my connection to their office I was kinda interested. YMMV, I suppose.

I got a missed call from Mansfield today. Second one, they never leave a message for some reason.

Ticket Reps? Is this a new development? If so that is great news. Good customer service alone will help retain some STHs.
