New style NFL Pro Bowl

Whatever I get it in terms of player safety 17 games is enough plus the playoffs. It’s like the more they change the format every year the worse it gets. The NFL just needs to accept the fact that nobody is gonna watch it no matter what the league changes every year.
 
I love football. But don’t know that I’ve ever watched the pro bowl. I guess skill competitions would be kind of cool but not sure it moved the needle (like the slam dunk contest for the NBA or HR Derby for MLB). Being at the end of the season is probably part of the reason why people don’t tune in.
