UConn Announces Changes to Student Ticketing Process - University of Connecticut Athletics

"UConn Athletics is excited to announce that beginning in the fall of 2019, students will no longer need to purchase a ticket in order to attend any UConn regular season home game. For ticketed events, students will simply need to swipe their Student ID for admission and will gain entry on a first-come, first-served basis."

I'm 50-50 on this.

It's great they want to do the students a solid and the students make the experience.

But the increases man.. someone's footing the bill, here and there's going to be a lot of people who are really unhappy.

And worse yet - free admission might not work.
