It wouldn’t shock me if a plan to renovate gampel comes out in the next year or so.

Upgrades are going to be needed. Especially if they want to serve alcohol in the near future

There is a plan to add a concourse already. I think it will happen after the completion of the new student rec center.

Don't know but part of the space for is coming from the field house so I'd guess they'll wait until after the student center is done. There is a picture of it in the master plan.
