Heard we have a transfer from Sacred Heart and St Paul's Bristol. Anybody confirm?

2016 All State WR Ben Pryor would fit that profile but I haven't seen anything confirming the transfer other than a change in Twitter profile ;). Waiting on new roster from media day tomorrow.

Ben Pryor on Hudl

Yep--Medic is right. Ben Pryor. Says 'uconn football' on his twitter. Maybe a walk on?

He wasn't on Sacred Heart's 2017 spring football roster...

But he was on their 2016 roster (last year) - not seeing any stats though.

Consistent with a redshirt.

I didn't look through all the games, but he was not on the participation report for any of the three or four games I checked.

Yeah... it's that whole "year in residence" noise that still confuses me @ times.

Still necessary.

If you're a DII player and you were never recruited and never received athletic aid, you can transfer up and play immediately.

Otherwise, you gotta sit a year in residence.

Didn't belong on the same pitch with those kids in the Hudl video. Still nice wheels and a nifty fake as he kicks it outside. Hits the hole pretty good too. We need RB's.

Nice stiff arm too. If he is 6'2 190 lbs, he could be Randy's new Andre Dixon type of RB.
