2016 All State WR Ben Pryor would fit that profile but I haven't seen anything confirming the transfer other than a change in Twitter profile

If you're a DII player and you were never recruited and never received athletic aid, you can transfer up and play immediately.
Otherwise, you gotta sit a year in residence.

Didn't belong on the same pitch with those kids in the Hudl video. Still nice wheels and a nifty fake as he kicks it outside. Hits the hole pretty good too. We need RB's.
