'Tis my life-long home town, and where I still reside part of the year (like right now) when I'm not in CT. March/April, when New Orleans experiences its glorious Springtime, and when winter won't relinquish its grip in CT, is the best time of the year here...before it gets way too hot. If you're planning to be here for our Huskies march to the NC, you're going to love it. The azaleas, alas, have peaked, but everything else is in full bloom. If you're wavering, do yourself a favor and come on down!

If any of my fellow Boneyarders who are coming need any advice...restaurants, joints, hotels, attractions, just message me.

P.S. - The crawfish are sensational right now!

Thanks for the invite, wish we could make it on down, but it's not likely :-(

Anyway, there's a chance, as of the moment, that UCONN could become the "new " Baylor, the odds on favorite, can't lose, team. The only things that have to happen to catapult UCONN into the status of unstoppable are victories by Duke and Lville. And, as we know based on Baylor's incredible and devastating loss, a final 4 consisting in opponents UCONN has already routed is a distinct possibility.

If nemises ND and UT go down tonight, UCONN would merely have to play up to form, avoid taking anything for granted and then enjoy being down in the Treme with you and your baby, shouting and having fun to the rhythm of Tipitina. :-D

The Big Easy is on my bucket list. Someday I'll make it down there.
