Time Lapse video of the logo changeover on the new Cal court. I'm hoping that faded blue they are laying down is not how the logo will look as an end product. I'd much rather have it be fully polished vs. the one tone logo cal has at center court. I do like the size of it though. I love how big logos look at mid court like they Jayhawk at Allen.

His tiles are still being made but to import them from Caltagirone would be expensive.

In the Cal vid, you can see its a sticker (outline). Painted after to our color.

I am with you. I liked it when it was released and am liking it the more I get used to it as well. It was a good move by the school and a job well done by Nike.

New logo is growing on me. At first i couldn't have been more against it but i'm slowly digging it. Judging by the dark blue sidelines the logo will be darkened as well....if not HFD will darken it for us

The logo behind the boxes is the Oak Leaf. If there was no Husky there before, I doubt they will put a wolf there now:

Ah. My memory is wrong. I know there is the old Husky logo on the back of the scoreboard, I misremembered it also being where the Oak Leaf is.

So... maybe they'll change the font?

it's been two toned in Hartford for the last couple years, just not as noticeable as in this picture..

In the XL Center the 2-point area is lighter than the rest of the court which is the opposite of these Gampel pics. Also the contrast isn't as great in the XL Center.
