Its hard to say, but just being fair he had as big an impact for his team (if not more) than a lot of people and he was the hartford offensive player of the year. though these lists are all pretty subjective, like how did outlow make the team, hes good but there are backs who had far better seasons, and I just noticed this but Berry isn't even on this team, even though he had 2000 yards and 34 touchdowns and won the state title, so what he was like the 6th best player on his team ? not buying it. Seems like reputation more than anything is the criteria, as opposed to production. Guess its what you'd expect from journalists.
