Actually, I think this was a feature years ago but it kinda got lost over the years. If you click onto a post and then the drop-down arrow on the top right you'll see "who replied." Not real useful, but I was bored and had little else to do.

On my Android Samsung phone it appears in the breadcrumbs at the top of the page.
