Vontae Diggs, a 6-4, 200+lb OLB from Downers Grove, IL. Flipped from Ball State who flipped him from Toledo. Other offer from WMU. Visited UConn last weekend.

Rated a three-star recruit by Rivals.com and No. 44 on the Rivals.com Illinois high school postseason top 45; Rated a three-star prospect by 247Sports and 36th in state of Illinois; and rated 100th nationally by Scout.

He's made the right choice. Lets see how he puts on weight this spring and summer. He seems like he has the unique skills to either be our next Jeremy Davis - a tall physical receiver or build up the upper body to be a blazing OLB. Either way should work out well. Its going to be fun to watch.

I like flipping recruits. UConn needs to do this much more.
 
Kid looks talented. Welcome aboard. Wouldn't mind if he brought #6 in the video with him.

I am looking forward to the recruiting battles between BD and Addazio. I would guess that recruiting against PP wasn't the challenge for Addazio like it will be now. Addazio's days of getting CT kids needs to end.

I saw in that link that he flipped from Toledo to BS. Let's hope he is done flipping. Or that he is flipping done.
