Need help wth adware problem

I should of listened to myself not to click on a link to a game that one of you boneheads supplied. Screw cbsn and my cable provider for not offering some games.
What can I do when my computer is locked up and I can't download a cleaner? Kapersky stop the trojan but adware snuck threw. Help!

Malwarebytes has been helping me with a particularly tough virus. They are having me use adwcleaner as well .... Picked up a bunch more.

As a last resort, you can back up your data (but not program files) and reinstall the original system. I did that on my daughter's incredibly malware ridden laptop and it is lightening fast and problem free.

Spend the 20 bucks get the professional version or whatever they call it. It supports a great program
I once called the Microsoft help line for some problems ,she had me download Malwarebites ,problem solved. Been a customer ever since.

I got hit with Ransomeware which is much worse. They totally hijacked my computer and held it for ransom. I lost everything, and had to reinstall my OS, cancel all my credit cards, and change all my passwords. Speaking of which, how do I change my password here?
