I don't know how they can be compared against each other if it's being based on their positions. Maybe I'm taking this too literally, but it's not apples to apples for me if this is how they're being compared.

Hillmon spends her time in the paint against taller players majority of the time. Lachina Robinson noted that she's one of the most underrated forwards in the NCAA when they played against ND and I'm in agreement on that.

Owusu reminds me of Barkley where people will mistakenly assume they're not as athletic as they are. Her craftiness and ability to create shots from anywhere is fun to watch. Where she differs from Hillmon is that she's running the offence as a guard and that's something Hillmon doesn't do because of her position.

Comparing their impact for their teams with respect to scoring and leadership I would agree on. Comparing them based on their position, no.
