A fun graphical way to see the impact of each win/loss for both W & M tourneys. You can click b/w each after games have concluded.

As of now, only 1800 perfect M brackets out of 22 million. With UNC beating MSU, 1.3 million brackets were busted, leaving 1.8 million.

1.58 million brackets busted with Middle TN win over Louisville.

6010 perfect brackets remaining after NCSU win over Chattanooga.

1186 perfect brackets remain.

Today's potential impact of top seed losses -
OSU - 1032
SC - 1167
LSU - 1088
Texas - 1186
Stanford - 1108

148 remain with SC's win. 72 or 76 will be at risk with KSU and CO respectively. Based on the risks for the remaining 5 games, I don't think we'll see any perfect brackets beyond today.

76 remain with the Colorado win. 63/13 at risk with LSU/MTSU, 32/44 with OR St/NE

14 perfect brackets remaining after Baylor win over VA Tech. I'm not gonna make it for the Stanford ISU game.

GM all y'all! Well, 14 were at risk, however Stanford pulled out an epic win, so I heard. as I was catching ZZZZs after a raucous family dinner with 4 adults, 3 g-kids, and 2 dogs. Our littles started spring break here today, so there was no "school bed time" last night.

For today's matchups, here are some numbers for bracket busters for higher seeds:
Notre Dame - 11 brackets
NCSU - 11
UConn - 14
Indiana - 12
Iowa -13
UCLA - 14
USC - 11
Zags/Utah - 7

With the Notre Dame/Ole Miss game, you are guaranteed to take out 3. Now down to 11
It would be possible (rather unlikely though) that the 3 eliminated were the same 3 in Tennessee, Oklahoma, W Virginia, Kansas games so still could be at 11. Then the Gonzaga/Utah still guarantees to take out another 4. So maximum after today would be 7.

Be nice if they continued after the last perfect bracket dies with still listing the remaining games and percentages of all brackets that favored one or the other team.

I wonder if there will be any perfect S16 brackets - possible that after two rounds some brackets become perfect again even if they were imperfect getting there.

With the Notre Dame victory, there are 11 perfect brackets remaining.

Down to 9 and I am really surprised that a 4/5 game is as unbalanced as Oklahoma/Indiana - if OK wins as the five we are down to a single perfect bracket. (and they are up 4 while I type.)

Well now. We're down to ONE perfect bracket after Oregon State's win over Notre Dame.

The person's remaining picks today:
SC over IN
Stanford over NCSU
Texas over Gonzaga

For tomorrow:
Iowa over Colorado
LSU over UCLA
USC over Baylor
UConn over Duke

We'll see how those predictions stand.
Massey has Baylor over USC (by 2).

NC State just had a beautiful 3 hours - #11 Men take down #2 Marquette, and #3 Women take down #2 Stanford within minutes of each other.
