Translation: Transfer Sit Out exceptions will in no way be consistent or (using a current buzzword) be transparent...in order to ensure competitive parity.Part of this strategic plan is to "Improve competitive parity", count me out!

But they did use "ASPIRATIONAL" . I had to check my aspirator to see if they took it.[

Fed's or State high consulting firms (better known as good ole boys) and pay 10 million to solve a 10,000 issue. Most High School kids could have fixed it for free.
