Lets say we win out the rest of the way including the AAC Tournament, what seed can we expect going into the NCAA Tournament? What do you think could be our highest/lowest seed we can get if we make it?

12 seed. Play-in rounds maybe.

We're not going to be a play-in if we win the conference tourney. That would mean being a 16-seed, and those are reserved for the smallest, weakest conferences (despite the AAC bashing that occurs here, we are not at the MEAC/SWAC level).

Highest (win out the rest, conf tourney champs) 7/8 seed
Lowest (which entail we win next 2 and lose in the conf tourney champ game) 12/13 seed

***Pitt just lost to Wake, that should help us

Actually 12

I dont think they will give us a play in game if we win the AAC Tournament. I wouldnt mind an 11 or 12 because that would mean we avoid the 1/2 seeds in the first and second round.

Win out hope for a 10. Much better than an 8/9 and little difference than a 7.

Its not seeding that determines atlarge playins, IIRC, its just the last 4 in.

If we run the table, probably an 11 seed. (If that profile had to be considered for an at-large -- which obviously we would avoid in this scenario -- we'd barely avoid a play-in game.)

If we lose the next two games and then win the AACT, probably a 13 seed.

If we win 4 in a row and then lose in the AACT finals, we're a 1 seed...in the NIT.

Frankly we don't care if we're a 16 playing Kentucky in the first round
I suspect the UK fans would be thrilled.
We do not mention 3 letter tournaments on this board as long as their is life in us.
Only a troll would do that.
