I would be so damn pissed if I'm a CSU fan. Everyone raving about what an amazing shot/play it was and it was as clear as day in live action he took three giant steps. Just an awful way to lose and then they don't even mention you lost on a travel.
 
Chris Beard's teams are 14-6 (Little Rock, Texas Tech, Texas, Ole Miss CURRENT) in NCAA tournament play. Guy can coach.
 
People thought Hurley was talking to Baylor, but it was really to everyone. Shame for Colorado St.

I need Mississippi, Michigan State and Arizona in the late games. Arizona looks like a dumpster fire.

I would think if that's the case we'd see something that ridiculous every game. We don't.

TBS at the half just had Gene "Back up the refs" Serratore with some doubletalk saying it wasn't a travel. BS. I wonder if the guys on the panel would be OK with it if UCONN won a game with that play?

He's a liar, it was 100% a travel and an obvious one during live play.

This is a really bad look for everyone involved. This kind of stuff taints the tournament.

I don’t even know why they bother having that guy come on. Half the time it’s for clock issues (do we really need an “expert” to tell us how much time should be in the clock) and the rest of the time he just rubber stamps the calls. Waste of time,…..


Just like the in game interviews: “how have you been able to take the lead?” Um we’ve scored more points so far??
 
No major upsets so far. It has been a boring tournament up to now. NIL has killed the sport with P2 buying all players that are good from the G5.
 
End of the day, SEC got half its 14 teams into the Sweet Sixteen. Say what you will, but that's impressive. B1G and B12 will have 4 each. And then there's Duke.

While it's impossible for the Elite Eight to be all SEC, it's certainly possible it could be an all-SEC Final Four if Alabama holds it together vs BYU and Duke and the winner of UK/Tenn gets past Houston.

I would be going insane right now as an AZ fan. Going for a fast break lob up 7 with 1:30 left. Ugh.

Yes and no. If they are over seeded across the board then the chance of them putting a lot of teams in the Sweet Sixteen goes way up. Also, if the major conferences consolidate, they are going to have more teams in every round.

That said, it does feel like the P2 are pulling away.
