Why does #8 Louisville get a home game?

I wonder what the average seed is for the #2 team in the big east??? I bet it's alot lower than 9.

The SEC warped the metrics this year, pushing everyone’s seed down. We will know if the metrics need an overhaul in 36 hours.

Big run for Creighton. Louisville got a lot of attention for being under-seeded but man they’re not looking good. We can only hope that the terrible state of the ACC has left those teams unprepared for real competition.

Creighton would have been a Top 10 team if Isaac had played and Kalkbrenner had not had his back problems in November and early December.

Is Louisville missing someone? I am at a restaurant and can’t hear the announcers.

Better with Pop Isaacs? Yes, but top 10, I don't think so. Creighton's defense is better without Isaac. Also, the reason why they have some of these injuries is because the starters play such heavy minutes. Creighton can be pressured into turnovers. I saw that Georgetown game earlier in the year where Georgetown won by 24 points. Creighton is a better team than Georgetown, but that game was not a fluke nor was their loss later in the year at Xavier.

Having said all of this, Creighton is looking good against Louisville and I will be pulling for them.

Our defense was terrible against Creighton, especially in the 1st half, but as see, Creighton is a good offensive team.

I did not expect Creighton to put up almost 50 points in the first half. Very good first half for them. It's not over, but they don't need to do too much to close this game out.

On the other screen, High Point is being really stingy. I don't think they'll be able to keep it up, but they're hanging in with Purdue right now.

The only reason I started this one was because I didn't see one, but I think I had a cached version of the forum and missed two other threads that got posted earlier. So I'm happy to have this one closed - if a mod can do it.
