For the men's and women's NCAA tournaments, teams must submit initial availability reports the night before a game and provide updates two hours prior to the scheduled tipoff.

Good. We don't need any Virginia Tech/Liz Kitley/Kenny Brooks situations this year.

Edit: Looks like they aren't going to require them during the selection process (no more than they already receive from teams).

In addition to the individual game availability reports, there should be an overall tournament availability report available to the selection committees before teams get selected and placed on the s-curve.
