Field goal percentage and assists per game not bad either.

They usually are but turnovers and fouls were an issue last year. Nika was the Ironwoman but she was forced to play way too many minutes which caused physical and mental fatigue. Having so many capable ball-handlers this year has been a tremendous boon for the team

Does the NCAA or anyone else ever graphically represent the rankings using bar charts or line graphs showing for example ranking changes over time or a slope chart showing the direction and magnitude of ranking changes? Charts or graphs would be helpful to visualize the data and make comparisons at least for the top 25.

If the NCAA does, I haven’t found that info yet. HerHoopsStats.com might, though

The problem with stats, particularly early season ones, is they are really skewed by the quality of your opponents. Good teams that play opponents who are ranked 280 or higher will certainly have higher scoring averages and ranks and hold their opponents to far lower point totals. Better teams and opponents also would likely affect shooting percentages both for and against. I find it fascinating that UConn seems to never get fouled or get to the line.

UConn moved from the 90th up to about 8th in three-point percentage after last night.

Found this on another page. It show team and player national and conference rankings for various categories. Sorry for the small, light print; I don’t know why websites use such light colors
