In response to the cancellation of collegiate spring sports due to the coronavirus pandemic, the NCAA Division I Council Committee has recommended that eligibility relief be provided to all student-athletes who participate in spring sports.

The NCAA Division I Council Committee has recommended that student-athletes who participate in spring sports should be provided eligibility relief. The NCAA also will discuss granting relief to winter sports student-athletes.

Makes sense. I strongly disagree with winter eligibility relief. they already played the entire season save for the NCAA's.

Yeah I truly believe that student/athletes that completed their final season and the vast majority also completed their conference championships should be given another year just because they didn't have the Big Dance, thus having the NCAA and ESPN lose $$$$$$$.
Oh, wait, I think that this is about the 10th thread about the 5th year of eligibility because the seniors were deprived of the Tournament experience.
What about schools with seniors that had no chance for a postseason game, you know, like the Golden Domers. Should those seniors get a do over? Oh, wait, again, I am talking about ND, so....
