Should defeat UCLA easily? Not sure about that. People don't vote on these things with logic, it is a popularity contest and UCLA has more fans. Kind of like when people voted on a Shaq led LSU team to beat Uconn in a similar poll a year ago. I mean, there were something like 15% who felt Belmont would beat Uconn, no logic in voting for Belmont.

I think Hamilton was a better overall player than Boat, but only played two seasons so it’s hard to compare.
