Love LaChina Robinson but Miss State hasn't "put the clamp" on anything. Chattanooga is getting great looks at the basket but can't hit the side of a barn.

I'm not sure why the Orange is pressing Army with 15 seconds left in the game since it's up by 17 points. What's the deal with that?

That's a great question. Would love to see someone ask Q that. I suspect that they didn't want the margin of victory to be any closer. Army outplayed them for the entire 2nd half. But not much that that coach does surprises me...

Just got to TN-Green Bay game. 2-300 GB fans here (I'm sitting with them - they're gonna like me!). Hardly any TN fans - maybe 50. TN band playing Rockytop to nobody. TN national anthem discipline is line up tallest-to-shortest like UCONN, all (including coaches and cheerleaders) put left arm behind their back, fist closed, right hand over heart. Whatever. GB fans in a rowdy mood!

I didn't think that the SEC deserved 9 selections. I was never that impressed with Florida during the regular season and I'm still not happy that TN got in.

Mississippi State vs. Meat-chicken State is an intriguing second round opponent, as Uconn would play the winner in the regional semis if indeed the Huskies get that far (as I expect, but the games still have to be played, of course).

Having said that, I fear neither team in the Sweet 16. Not one bit.

They should, and they might. But for now, DD chucks up a brick, Green Bay gets the rebound, and sometimes scores by actually running offense. 18-14 GB

First game I have seen of Tennessee. Wow pathetic. Hw should be fired not because of her team is bad but because of incompetence. Run n gun. Absolutely no offense. Diamond looked looked like she was pouting at the back during holly's pre game speech.

I was sort of being tongue-in-cheek. TN in the past has usually had better athletes, and often players with more individual hoops skills. Problem is they don't run offense (never did under Pat either) and are scoring challenged. Unless they can hold teams to under 60 points (in general), they are going to lose because they just don't recruit scorers (or coach team players)...

I was being tongue-in-cheek to J66's post - saying that TN was bigger, more athletic, and faster than GBW. When your team is bigger, faster, and more athletic, you SHOULD win by a lot...

BTW it will be interesting to see who prevails - a team that runs offense and plays like a team, or the more athletic team of mismatched parts that prefers a helter-skelter pace...
