NCAA case may be in trouble

Great...so Louisville who was paying players will probably get away scott free on a technicality while UConn will get a 2 year ban and scholarship reductions for doing nothing

Legally, maybe. But the ncaa doesnt have to play by the same rules.

.-.
From a defense perspective I would contemplate a pretrial motion to dismiss for egregious prosecutorial misconduct. Smack'em w/a Fed. Rule 12b. Worth a shot. Among other things.

Meanwhile our case will run smoothly with additional investigators and interns and will
Probably be on Judge Judy for the entire
Summer.
