Big Thursday night slate...with 9 games involving top 25 teams, including four where top 25 teams play each other. In addition to Syracuse/Louisville....

#9 NC State visits #24 Florida State -- NC State begins a road trip visiting top 25 teams, coming off its first loss of the season.

#4 Notre Dame @ #25 Miami -- long (distance-wise) road trip for the Fighting Irish.

Northwestern @ #10 Maryland

#18 Texas A&M at Missouri

Ole Miss @ #12 South Carolina

#19 Kentucky at Auburn

#23 Michigan State at #16 Iowa

#20 Arizona State at Washington State.
 
NC State-Florida State is a really intriguing game, and I feel could go either way. Wolfpack played a really poor, tight second half vs. UNC. Hopefully they can play looser this game.

Another intriguing game tonight is Arizona @ Washington. Adia Barnes and Aari McDonald travel to their former school:

Frustrating. Both Fox Sports Central and Fox Sports South are showing Clemson @ Wake Forest tonight...while three ACC matchups of top 25 teams are relegated to being viewed via computer. Awful! Boooooooooo!

Nice article. I was considering going to this. We've had some icy roads all week, I'm in "if you don't have to go somewhere, don't" mode at the moment.

OT, but sadly a female student at UW slipped and fell on a sidewalk on campus yesterday and later died from a head injury. Fairly shocking.

I signed up for Sling TV today so I could watch all these ACC games on the ACC ESPN Network. Sling TV has a free 7-day trial. If I like it, I'll probably keep it through the ACC Tournament.

NC State up 11-2 early...timeout Florida State. 5:10 left 1st quarter. Wolfpack Women out rebounding Florida State 8-2 early.
 
End of 1st quarter in Tallahassee...NC State up 20-16. FSU finished the quarter on a 7-0 run. Elissa Cunane with 7 points for NC State.

Pretty crappy national TV schedule tonight. Praise Oprah for ESPN3.
 
Freshman Esra McGoldrick has been inserted into the NC State lineup. FSU went on a 15-0 run before an NC State THREE tied the game at 24-24.
 
Was Cassell go down with a knee? or another body part?

Miami Up 36-34 at half. ND playing in first gear right now hopefully they wake up at half. Just not a very good first half.
 
Florida State leads at halftime, 29-28. McGoldrick and Jada Rice saw the floor that half.
Too many turnovers for NC State. We are really going to miss Cassell.

It looked like her knee just crumpled as she was getting ready to shoot the basketball. She's in the locker room (well, so are the rest of her teammates now that the game is at halftime).

Hopefully she is fine, this game will test the fitness of both teams, with FSU only having eight players and NC State seven :eek::eek::eek:
 
OMG the color analyst on the ND-Mia game WILL NOT STOP TALKING. And generally saying irrelevant things.
 
Maryland up 18 on Northwestern midway thru Q4. They might regain their spot atop the Big 10 very shortly.
 
Missouri up 2 on Texas A&M at halftime.

edit--20 for Carter and 12 for Cunningham, nice shootout going on looks like
 
4:38 left 3rd quarter...Florida State leading, 39-36. Teams running up and down the court but not a lot of scoring. Both teams shooting a lot of THREEs.
