When do the guys have to decide by?

The NCAA deadline is 4/10 but the NBA's is 4/29, which I believe the players can abide by and still return to school. This is from last year when the new deadlines were put in place but it still applies and illustrates how bogus the NCAA is in putting in these new deadlines.
