Nobody actually still thinks the Knicks are going to win this, do they?

This was the most predictable game of the series. No matter how hard a coach or player try’s to create desperation it cannot be done. Boston was desperate and thr Knicks just could not match any of it especially since Boston is better from a talent standpoint. Easy bet and win game IMO. But I never bet on my team for or against there is enough pain and joy to go around with important wins and losses.

Game four if it is close will be the next real test the Celtics will face. What happens if the lead is 8 not 30 going into Q4.

If the Celtics blow them away then it is more than likely over but I think we have to see what happens in game four. But even with that I would not stick a fork in the Knicks too quickly.

As a fan I would love to see a game 7 in this series to see how these teams truly matchup when both are playing with real desperation.

If I were a Celtic fan knowing how arrogant the Celtics are I would prefer a close game four that can go either way. If they blow the Knicks out in game 4 , I think we are right back to where we were in game 1. Celts will think all they got to do is show up on the floor and they will win.

Just not a Tatum believer.

I thinks it’s funny. Randle is now the greatest player in the NBA with his game last night. KAT is unequivocally better than Randle and I was a Randle fan. This years team is missing Dante more than anyone. He was an assassin hit dagger three after dagger three last two years. The Knicks with OG and Bridges and kAT were specifically constructed to beat the Celtics.

I want the the Celtics and their fans to be over confident that plays right into our hands.

Knicks have been down 20+ in all 3 games, and have trailed for all but about 12 minutes total. You can't rely on late miracle comebacks or the Celts to have a cold shooting night every time. They need to show a pulse Monday night because yesterday was a demolition from start to finish.

Knicks are looking like the team that has been overmatched against contenders. You have to get better from the heroics you can't remain the same. Their offense is alarming. The 1st quarter is the 4th for the Knicks tomorrow night.

The basketball seems to be getting worse as the playoffs continue. 1 for 25 three pointers combined for the two teams. Nuggets 2 for 21 from the floor in the first quarter for 8 points total.

Whaa the nostalgia with some of you hating on the NBA.

The teams are 1 for 31 from three. Turnovers, missed layups, missed ft's. This is gross.
It is, it's simply just calling it like it is there is no nastalgia bias. I know @CardiacAndre7 and USER=406]@aceboon[/USER] will probably be pounding their keyboard at you for post # 311 lol.

this game shouldn't have been scheduled on a less than 48hr turnaround in high altitude, this should have been the night game. I'm still enjoying it though, Denver seems to have found it's legs as the game has worn on.

Game may not be aethsetically pleasing but has turned into a good game.

Why?
Why will it hurt his legacy?

Because he's been dogs^^^ the past two games. Winner of this game is going to win the series IMO and it was all right there for Denver and Jokic blew chunks.

How? The other team is vastly better.
He's considered the best player in the sport by a wide margin and people are talking about his place historically and he's 32% from the field the past two games with 10 turnovers and crucial missed ft's. It's not a good look especially when they were in position to have a stranglehold on the series.

Looked like the Nuggets ran out of gas, this is the worst I've seen Jokic play since he became great. Rooting for Denver in this specific series but I think they lost the series today with that 4th quarter collapse.

Looks like all the series will be 2-2 it's what the NBA wants it's all part of the script.

The problem is the Nuggets really only play 6 players in their rotation. With a short turnaround in less than 48 hours at high altitude, they were bound to get worn down.

Even with the proper time to turn around after game 3, the 6-player rotation for the Nuggets has to expand.

Indiana just put up a 19-2 run in the last 3 minutes of the half. Haven't watched much of them this year, they are fun and run some interesting cuts/dives.
