The Big East released the schedule of nationally televised games involving Big East teams. UConn will release its schedule at 1:00 today.

http://www.bigeast.org/News/tabid/435/Article/227653/BIG-EAST-Announces-2011-12-Women’s-Basketball-Schedule-and-Television-Appearances.aspx

Here's what we've learned so far today:

UConn at ND on Jan 7 (Sat/4 pm) on CBS (same as last year)

G'town at UConn on Feb 11 (Sat/4pm) on BigEastTV
ND at UConn on Feb 27 (Mon/9pm) on ESPN2

The above games are in addition to the nationally televised OOC games we already know about:

November 21 Stanford at Connecticut 7:30 p.m. ESPNU
December 6 Texas A&M at Connecticut Women’s Jimmy V Classic 7 p.m. ESPN2
December 18 Connecticut at Baylor 8:30 p.m. ESPN
January 16 North Carolina at Connecticut Big Monday 7 p.m. ESPN2
January 30 Connecticut at Duke Big Monday 7 p.m. ESPN2

Wow! UConn has a darn good chance of going sub .500 in nationally televised games this season.
It is nice to see Georgetown getting into the nationally televised mix.
I will be at Duke January 30th.

Some people are pessimistic. :)

Keep in mind--Maya never lost in Connecticut. It's been a long time since a home loss.

My prediction--at most, 2-3 losses of those. More likely 1.
